Redesigning the Openprovider Domain Selling Website

Welcome to our case study on the transformative redesign of the Openprovider website. As a leading wholesaler in the domain business, Openprovider is a partner company of Procys. Openprovider offers an extensive range of products and services. The primary motivation for this redesign was to enhance user engagement and simplify the interface, making it more accessible and efficient for all users.

Analyzing User Engagement with Hotjar's Tap/Click and Scroll Maps

Analysis of user interaction data revealed that 75% of visitors did not scroll through our website, suggesting issues with our first impression. Additionally, many users failed to engage with our call-to-action buttons. This insight led us to redesign the hero section to be more intuitive and engaging.

Next, We conducted a thorough audit of the entire website to identify areas in need of improvement and to prioritize necessary changes. Based on this assessment, I developed a strategic plan. This roadmap was designed to streamline the redesign process and focus efforts on critical enhancements.

Rebranding

The rebranding concept was developed with the aim of creating a cohesive visual identity across our website and social media platforms. The goal was to ensure that all graphic elements consistently mirrored a professional tone. To achieve this, we meticulously selected typefaces and a color palette that aligned with those standards, ensuring that our brand's presentation was not only unified but also conveyed a high level of professionalism and reliability.
